Includes: One (1) 90 minute session Follow-up session review with growth-work The first step in your journey towards a brighter future is admitting that you don't KNOW all the answers and the second is allowing someone to guide you to them, seeking the TRUTH behind WHY you feel certain emotions and WHY you take certain actions. We all have the answers we need somewhere inside of ourselves but, if you're like MOST people, you try to avoid the negative emotions you feel and forget about the negative actions you've taken. Because of this, our subconscious hides the answers we seek in order to protect us from the pain that negativity has created in our lives. But our Inner Warrior KNOWS there is a better way and wants to LIVE a happier life without it having to feel like such a struggle. So when we finally get the courage to face our fears (looking into the darker parts of ourselves), it usually takes help from an outside source to bring to light the reason behind them (reading a book, watching encouraging videos, booking a session).
